- Stall Description: Artisan stonebaked breads including sourdoughs, soda breads, bloomers etc Handmade buns and pastries including brandy eccles cakes, bun loaves, doughnuts. Handmade savouries using locally sourced meats. In the Christmas period we also sell our own Christmas Puddings, mince pies, stollen etc

- About Us: Victoria Bakery is a long established bakery business, going back 5 generations to my great great grandfather. We pride ourselves on making and selling top quality handmade artisan bread, pastries and cakes. All the bread and pastries we sell on our stalls is made by ourselves and baked fresh that morning. We source our ingredients as locally as possible; for example the majority of our flour comes from a family mill in Ponders End and is milled with wheat from a farm in Essex. The meat for our savouries comes from Hedge’s Farm near St Albans and Wicks Manor Farm in Essex. We have won numerous awards over the years including Smooth Radio Love London “Best Local Shop”, Gold, Silver and Bronze awards at the Tiptree World Bread Awards 2014 and are members of the Baker’s Marque quality scheme organized by the Worshipful Company of Bakers.
