By choosing the best ingredients and using the authentic traditional recipes to bake, our baguette have a light, crunchy exterior and a delicately fluffy inside. Our baguette is daily supplied by The Celtic Bakers in London, by using natural leavens, and the simple ingredients of flour, water and salt, not using yeast in our sourdough to make baguettes also makes them easier to digest.
